Commercial Acumen: Strong financial acumen with a proven track record in revenue generation, cost control, and beverage/menu optimization.
Leadership: Dedication to developing and mentoring high-performing, service-driven service and culinary teams.
Language Skills: Arabic fluency is preferred.
