Job Overview
Centara Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Cluster Director of Food & Beverage to oversee multi-unit Food & Beverage operations in a luxury resort environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, financial expertise, and a proven track record of managing large-scale F&B operations, preferably across multiple properties or outlets.
Experience and Skills Required
Proven experience in managing multi-unit Food & Beverage operations within large-scale resort environments, preferably with experience overseeing multiple properties or outlets.
Excellent financial acumen with strong knowledge of F&B budgeting, cost control, menu engineering, profitability analysis, forecasting, and revenue optimization strategies.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret F&B performance data, guest feedback, market trends, and financial reports to drive business decisions.
Proven ability to develop and implement F&B concepts, enhance guest dining experiences, and maintain brand standards across multiple properties.
Preferably 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar leadership role within a luxury hospitality background.
Strong knowledge of international F&B trends, service standards, sustainability practices, and innovative dining experiences.
Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop F&B leaders and teams while building a strong service culture and driving employee engagement.
