• Executive Sous Chef,
The chef here will oversee our rooftop bar-restaurant as well support in the day to day running of the hotels culinary operation, This venue is inspired by 1920’s New York this venue has 129 seats, which includes a raw seafood bar, main dining room, PDR, and a speakeasy bar within a bar.
The candidate must have a strong background in western cuisine, Asian experience would be a plus but not essential

• Chef de Cuisine
The chef here will oversee the all-day dining of the hotel, This venue is inspired by the behind scenes of the Opera where the Divas would relax after their performances. The venue has a capacity of 84 seats, the operation here is a la carte with no buffet operations.
The style of cuisine is influenced by Vietnamese culinary heritage paired with modern cooking techniques.
